Our Services
Cardiovascular Care & Management
We provide comprehensive cardiovascular care focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart and vascular conditions. Our team uses advanced imaging, non-invasive testing, and personalized treatment plans to monitor heart health and manage conditions such as coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, and circulation disorders. Whether you are focused on prevention or managing a chronic condition, we partner with you to support long-term heart health and overall well-being.
Stress Testing (Exercise & Lexiscan)
Stress testing helps us see how your heart performs under physical or medical stress. Some patients walk on a treadmill, while others have a Lexiscan stress test, which uses medication instead of exercise. These tests help identify blocked arteries and other heart concerns in a safe, monitored environment.
Heart & Vascular Ultrasound Imaging
We use painless ultrasound technology to look at your heart and blood vessels. These non-invasive studies provide clear images that help diagnose heart and circulation issues early and guide personalized care. Some of the ultrasounds offered:
-
An echocardiogram is an ultrasound of the heart that shows how well it pumps and how the heart valves are working. This test helps detect heart weakness, valve problems, and other conditions affecting heart function.
-
Carotid ultrasound evaluates the arteries in the neck that supply blood to the brain and helps identify plaque buildup or narrowing that may increase stroke risk.
A Transcranial Doppler (TCD) is often performed as an extension of this screening. Transcranial Doppler studies measure blood flow within the brain’s arteries. This specialized test helps detect vascular abnormalities, monitor stroke risk, and assess cerebral circulation.
-
Renal and abdominal ultrasounds evaluate blood flow to the kidneys and major abdominal vessels. These studies help monitor conditions such as high blood pressure, kidney concerns, and abdominal aneurysms.
-
These studies assess circulation in the legs to detect reduced blood flow. They help diagnose peripheral artery disease (PAD), which can cause leg pain, cramping, or difficulty healing wounds.
Heart Failure Care & Management
We specialize in the diagnosis and long-term management of heart failure, focusing on improving symptoms, quality of life, and overall heart function. Our team takes a personalized approach, using advanced testing, medication management, and ongoing monitoring to help patients feel better and stay out of the hospital. Including Advance heart failure management with Cardiac resynchronization therapy including Barostim. Whether heart failure is newly diagnosed or long-standing, we partner closely with you to support your heart at every stage of care.
Cardiac Device Management
We provide ongoing monitoring and management of cardiac devices, including implantable loop recorders, pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. Regular device checks and remote monitoring to ensure proper function and support long-term heart rhythm health.
Cardiac Monitoring
Continuous cardiac monitoring using a portable Holter device to record your heart’s rhythm over 24–48 hours. This noninvasive test helps detect irregular heartbeats, palpitations, or other rhythm abnormalities that may not appear during a routine office visit.
